Carriers and Shipping times.

Most www.silverfernbrand.com orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. We also send certain orders Fedex, depending on the size of the package and speed of delivery to certain locations. Each order placed on our website will leave our Utah-based warehouse within 2-3 business days. While we cannot control how quickly FedEx or USPS delivers the product, most orders are received in 4-7 business days from the time of purchase, depending on distance from the warehouse.
We also offer Fedex 2-day Express shipping as well for a fee.  All 2-day express orders will ship the next business day, with packages arriving in 2 business days from the date of shipment (ie Friday orders will ship Monday and arrive Wednesday).
A valid tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as it is created with FedEx or USPS. You can also login to your account to see the tracking number and current shipment status.
