Cancellations
After you submit your purchase, your order will quickly move through the process to be packed for shipment or pick up.
Items for Shipping - you have up to 15 minutes to cancel your order once payment is taken and order is submitted. Our customer service team is available from 8:30am to 2:30pm MT at customerservice@silverfernbrand.com to help get an order cancelled. Please put CANCEL in the subject line.
If your order can be canceled
You'll receive an email confirming your cancelation. Keep in mind you won't be charged however, you may see a pre-authorization on your card. Funds will become available again once your bank releases the hold.
If your order is unable to be canceled
Even though you may not have received your tracking number yet, your order is often already labeled and loaded before the tracking information is sent out. We do our best to get to cancellations as quickly as possible, but in many cases it is too late to cancel or retrieve your order. If your items were shipped prior to cancellation request - just return your items once received! See our Return Policy for options.
